These regulations govern the relations between the https://texha.com website operator (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) and the website visitors or users, who signed up to the mailout subscription.
By entering your e-mail address and user name, you agree and acknowledge that you voluntarily provide your personal data, that you are the valid legal owner of the provided data and indicated e-mail, and that the indicated e-mail address and user (visitor) name are entered correctly. Consent Withdrawal Procedure

TEXHA shall process such request to cancel the news and promotional offer mailout within 5 (five) calendar days and shall remove the user from the mailout list.
