Poultry egg sorting and collecting systems
TEXHA stocks a wide range of Nabel's egg sorting technologies, which enable poultry companies of all kinds to raise their productivity and increase their revenues.
Basic farm packers for conventional egg sorting operations
The FFP3100/6100 Farm packer is classed as an accumulator and an orientator. In this case, the FFP3100 delivers both toughness and sensitivity. Its components are durable and reliable, while the packing lane and denester guarantee low spoilage rates. The FFP4100 Farm packer is more compact but actually has a higher capacity (40,000 eggs per hour) than its larger cousin. Easy to clean and adaptable for all packing room shapes and sizes, it features an ultra-efficient accumulator with three conveyors. Each of these can be tightly controlled, giving technicians absolute control over the egg sorting process.
All-in-one egg sorting equipment from the TEXHA range
The MAP1000 is an all-in-one grading and packing system, covering the whole process from washing and drying to orientation and packing. Able to process up to 10,000 eggs per hour, it offers a high degree of automation. This limits the risks attached to human error and reduces the need for labour, decreasing overall costs. The Canopus egg grading and packing system works at slow speeds and high volumes, with a standard velocity of 635 mm/s. Along with the short distance between the loader and the grader, this slower speed makes Canopus modules more sensitive, thus reducing egg damage. The Oracion 6000 resembles a shortened version of the Canopus model, processing eggs at very low speeds and using an extremely short 12-row conveyor belt. Cleaning, drying, conveying, sorting and packing is completely automated, and the Oracion delivers a throughput of 60,000 eggs per hour - one of the largest volumes around. Monitoring systems such as abnormal egg detectors and crack detectors are included with the Canopus, Oracion and MAP1000 systems, ensuring your quality control systems are watertight.
Cutting-edge and compact sorting and grading solutions
The MEX3000 packing and grading device features a ""total"" system design which goes beyond traditional models. For instance, its accumulator and orientator includes an automatic overflow calibrator, keeping eggs in neat rows of six and flawlessly orienting them in the same direction. Each egg is also handled individually, so that no eggs come into contact with each other during the sorting process, vastly reducing cracks and cross-contamination. The packaging module is adaptable, allowing you to customise your packaging styles, the dryer is as efficient as they come, while the whole device is easy to control thanks to the main controller interface. There are also much more compact egg grading and sorting solutions in the TEXHA range. For instance, the NWG1000 weight grader offers a blend of compact dimensions and high performance. The magnetic balance carrier used to deliver eggs handles them with a soft touch, limiting spoilage rates, while the design allows an impressive flow of 10,000 eggs per hour, despite its size. It's the ideal solution for small hatcheries. Anyone who requires automated, reliable and location specific egg sorting solutions will find the perfect machinery in the Nabel range at TEXHA.
