Production of equipment for poultry farms

Poultry Meat Production

Introduce the most advanced meat production techniques to poultry houses

TEXHA creates custom-built, cutting-edge poultry production facilities. With these systems in place, commercial producers will be able to breed birds efficiently and profitably. Manual, robotised and automatic harvesting systems are all available, along with advanced floor feeding and harvesting tables, meaning that every aspect of the broiler production process is covered. TEXHA has plenty of experience in the production of chickens, not just in its native Ukraine, but all over the world. Upon request for a consultation, a trained poultry meat production expert will talk through the needs of every client, finding a solution that provides everything required, from hatching and breeding to feeding, watering, climate control and harvesting. Each chain in the poultry production system is included in TEXHA's services, but the harvesting stage is one of the company's specialties. TEXHA has developed the world's first fully automated harvesting machinery, a development that vastly increases the efficiency of harvesting operations. With this technology, chicken production companies can increase their throughput and manage their facilities in unprecedented detail. Technicians can program the optimum number of birds to process per hour, but with 1.5-2 times fewer bird injuries than similar processing technologies. Staff numbers can also be reduced, while birds endure lower stress levels due to the reduced need for contact with human handlers. It's a revolutionary technical achievement, and results in systems of poultry production that are more profitable, less labour intensive and better for the birds themselves.

A revolutionary new form of broiler production

How does it work? In TEXHA's harvesting systems, tiers of broiler chickens are unloaded level by level. While they are in the harvesting cages, they are fed via KoChiBo floor feeders and watering systems, ensuring that every bird is properly nourished. Technicians then program the cages to remove broilers at a set rate, sending them to Sirius harvesting table, where between 4-6 technicians can box and load them for transport - a system that is simpler than other poultry production methods, and demands far fewer staff. Every part of the process meets the highest international standards, while TEXHA's products are also extremely durable, limiting replacement and maintenance costs.

The simple route to more efficient poultry production

The end result of implementing TEXHA's innovative harvesting systems is that production of poultry becomes more efficient and more profitable. This is even more pronounced when automated broiler harvesting systems are combined with TEXHA's microclimate, manure evacuation and lighting systems. With these in place, technicians at commercial poultry production centres can calibrate every aspect of chicken development, boosting production, saving energy and keeping feed and material costs low. Similar systems can also be implemented for egg production, with a range of temperature control, manure removing and egg harvesting products in the TEXHA range. So, whether you are setting up a large-scale chicken production complex, an egg production factory or a combination of the two, contact TEXHA and skilled consultants will discuss how to move forward with your project.
