With respect to the high standard of professional training and abilities of TEXHA’s staff, during recruitment, first of all we consider the curriculum vitae of the specialists who are already working in the company.
Who do we look for?
Who do we look for? Each position is connected with professional competences which result from knowledge and behavior (what a person knows or how he acts) and which are necessary for fulfilling of certain tasks. However there are virtues, inherent in each employee of the TEXHA company, which we would like to see in the competitor.
